Explosion-proof flow meters are instruments with explosion-proof functionality designed to measure fluid flow, which can be applied in a variety of hazardous flammable and explosive areas such as the petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Different flow meter structures can adopt different explosion protection types, with the intrinsically safe type and flameproof type being the most common ones.
Up to now, STS has successfully helped clients obtain Ex Certificates for flow meters with flameproof type dⅡ, intrinsically safe type ia and intrinsically safe type ib ratings.
